Likes

Good work environment and always supported siniors and management team. Salary on time on COVID 19 situation. Supply on time to retailers.

Dislikes

Company not maintained selling sku for the resion funding issue.Need to correct this problem.build the hr policy for employment. Provide proper Offer later/Appointment latter/auto mode salary slips this is basis need for all employees.

Good work environment and culture. Company usp is good service between customer and serve good quality of products.Seniors and company owners is very honest and supporting nature.

Need to maintain proper listed products. Stock avavility is poor due to funding issue. This reason not paying salary and expenses on time.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
