Although a free working environment but we didn't have enough opportunities where we can have frequent outings that other companies usually have. I feel that we can plan more outings once we get back to our normal routine, as all the time in the office becomes monotonous and boring.

There are no leaves at all; in case someone needs a leave for some reason, that day's salary is deducted. Also, the salary could be much better, considering the volume of work we do, and the hours we need to put in.
