Immature MIS system. Salary problems. Marketing system is very poor

Work Details

Experience was not so well as it is an unprofessional company. And their Salary payment releasing system is very ridiculous. Their MIS is also a fully stupid.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
