The best thing about the company is it actually help us to maintain both personal life and professional life. Company is following very beneficiary policies for employees to get well developed. Management is working all the time with its best level. Job security in company is well stable as it is having a very better past.

Teammates are always helpful. Growth is thereafter yu can learn multiple technologies as it also jumps in to work with latest technologies. Pleasant work environment with cherish wishes all the day.

-Everyone at maxim would love to help other person even within cross-teams, there are special trainings scheduled for personal growth & career guidance. Many a times due to work load, the work life balance gets disrupted. -Technically we have freedom to explore new technoligies and implement the same in our ongoing projects.

Relations. At Maxim, we are family, not just during an emergency or while on the job. Here it feels like I have a bond with my teammates a true bond that makes work even great. Job security and Compensation make me feel safe even during these hard times.

My work is slightly different and tough as I have to deal with Europe region. I am into Procurement department and to deal with European suppliers makes it little challenging. I have to deal with Language barrier that makes it more tough but I

Work related travel isn't much observed in non-managerial posts for software team. As you have to mostly work with US colleagues, you will see meetings at night or early morning or will get calls at night.
