Training in the Max Life is excellent which I never been with others. It trains individually till it is understood. Job security is very good you follow the processes and expectations of the company. Career growth is good if you continuously perform well in the stipulated time. Company is totally free of hazardous politics, in fact HR never allow such malicious activity because it is vigorously monitored by them.
