FT & PT staff HR policy. When there is vacancy in any store, our HR team asks to hire part timer or full timer. But after few days if store SPD below the Manning budget when those FT/PT lose her job. It's very difficult for us to manage this. Even in future if we need a part-timer or full timer again ,we don't get it.

Better to sell tomatoes on road side rather than joining Max. Worst work culture in the market. They portray some fake award about work culture but that's all fake. Lots of intimations for sincere employees. No proper support will be provided but will kill employees if the tasks are not done. They do reviews from morning 9am to night 11 am making you sit in stinking compact room. No way to scape. It's like 3 degree torture....Read More
