Toxic work culture peeps would disturb you on sick leave as well and team is insensitive towards employee, they are sick still they sre given taunting that ohh you were on holiday enjoying vacation.

There's is nothing to like in this company, no proper infrastructure to work, no leadership, no accountability. Waste of time and mind. .

Dislikes

No leadership, toxic management, people are asked to leave if they demand their own leaves, repetitive work because of lack of clarity at the manager and HOD level. Forget working here if you are planning matenal/ paternal life, glorified working late with no work.

I was working in agency channel and basically my work was to recruit agents by doing field visit . Here , agents gets transferred without your information and the whole HR team never gives you rightful solutions . Favouritism is the most favourite trait they follow . People on higher post are mostly by support of their seniors. Somebranch managers do not have any knowledge. No support to college hired is there . Due to these politics when I resigned cluster head pressured me to mail myself for early relieving and not to serve notice period as he made my notice period time a living hell . I tried to fight a lot but now I am tired of their politics and won't entertain them more and mailing him for early relieve . If you are a fresher please don't come to niva , you can move to tata aig that's a best company to start your career with ....Read More

There's politics in everything, no training is provided to new employees and they are expected to deliver performance like a tenured employee. In this company there's no difference between a new hire and an employee over multiple years in the company. No escalation matrix no feedback mechanism. They can hold your salary and 90 days of resignation period which is nowhere justified. Biasness in everything if you're a male. Unjust policies. No induction for new hires so you must find out yourself how to get things done here. Never join this company even if there aren't alternatives available....Read More

It’s not professional organization…HR is the worst …never contactable …will never explain employees befits and if you are applying please take everything in written….never believe in verbal communication….must discuss local conveyance and other expenses before joining….there will be so many unnecessary google meets even on non working days. And yes, claims services are pathetic.
