I would highly recommend this organisation if you punctual and respectful about seniors as well as work. Company will never let you down. I spent 2 years I hardly found any flaws.

There is nothing to like about this company as a developer. If you to join as a tester then it is good.

There is hardly any project in the company. They promote themselves as they have lots of project but its just a gimmick. In terms of hike, just forget about it you won't get any hike and if you consider 2-3% hike as hike then its okay.

Lack of basic facilities, no job security, lack of projects. Its been a very bad experience being in a such organisation where a employee can not expect very basic things. where growth and hike becomes a secondary thing. I would suggest people to go through the history of organisation through portal like glassdoor, ambition box, etc This will save a ton of money time and bad experiences!

No Job Security, they just kick off people by giving 2 weeks of notice period. Just mentioning the reason you have not coming 12 days to office and not completing 8.5 hrs even that employee did good work for client and received many appreciations. Don't ever join the organisation as they don't have any professionalism. Suddenly they will come back to you and ask you to put your resignation. If you are from a specific region then only you will be entertained else you will be sidelined.

Maveric have some really good mentor. Lot to learn as you have to do everything from scratch and this gives you good learning.

Nepotism, this is what Maveric supports.even good leaders keep themselves quiet and let this happen. No job security, you will be kicked out once you start highlighting their internal issues which are happening coz of their relatives.

The person whose working for long time for a project and doing extremely well and got appreciation from the client also wont get any designation change or increase in salary irrespective of the experience but the person whose newly joined to the project and got trained by the same employee looks like not fair and got demotivated for the same reason

Pathetic work culture. Company doesn't have many projects. Many people are kept on bench for long duration. And suddenly 1 fine day they will ask you to put down papers. Hence lack of job security For women they don't allow wfh even on medical conditions or during pregnancy. They suggest you to take lop as long you cannot travel to office during pregnancy. All major projects n lead belongs to Chennai Location. So in other two location that it Banglore and Pune they keep you as support staff due to which scope of growth and learning comes to zero.
