Accept good technology nothing good about it

Management do not care about employees at all even if they die they don't care, At the covid times when entire world is moving towards WFH mavenir is forcing employees to come to ofc even at cost of their life Here you have to work for min of 13-15 hours a day no work life balance at all also they will force you to join training on weekend as well Also they use personal skype for official communication now you can think what kind of organization it is No documents available for checking the work related stuff you are always dependent on someone even though they are product based company Also people don't come for help so quickly...Read More

No work life balance I login at 9-10 AM in morning and working till 23:30 till night and still people believe it's normal and we have to do this daily
