If you are curious to learn than Mavenir is for you. You will get to work on latest tech stack, competitive compensation, good management. Mavenir is growing and it is right time to be a part of it. Slowly following the processes, agile framework. Work from home given to the employees, recent appraisal were also good, paid the bonus as well. All in all it is good.

No work life balance. Weird HR policies No support from managers You will end up handling 4-5 projects at a time. No allowances if you are working on national or local holidays. Poor Management. Managers abusing in meetings.
