I learned lot from my teammates . In lockdown period they have allowed us to do work from home

Dislikes

Management is not taking care of employees in case of salary increments. Also deducted salaries of all employees in Covid -19 lockdown. No appreciation of work. No proper management.

I got a call that it's image to pdf conversion work even I worked for 12 days they told me if I pay 2616 to the finance team they will manually deposit the money in the wallet even I too believed and paid 2616 on Thursday till today no response no salary credited I totally lost my money even I have a screenshot which I had paid the money no response from past 4 days the person is telling me to wait till now no response from the company side they sent me approval letter which is valid for the particular month may I know whether it is true or fake I want my money back what should I do...Read More

The field in which I am working is very interesting. I am working as a Senior Software tester. At earlier stage I was fresher and I don't have any experience about real life working on projects but my teammates and seniors helped me lot.
