Terrible experience in MAVEN - No Job Security and Unpaid Salary. - Employee treated as disposable, sudden termination without any valid reason Or Prior Notice. - The worse part of Maven, failed to pay me for 3 months salary :(

Joined as an Intern but now we're family. Maven Cluster is not just workplace but a family. The way they work is so professional that it's hard to find a loophole in it. Moreover the mentors are well qualified and are quite articulate at their jobs. It's being a part of it.

I like the culture of the company. Management is very supportive and best part is that, company assign ownership which is good for the learning. They never hold the salary, just sometime date is not fix.

Worst Company and Worst HR No job security No salary on time 3-4 month dealy. No salary if you fired/ left job You will be fired any time due to company do have projects and fund. Hiring always open, he will be hired you, take work from you and fired you without any notice. (Kal se maat aana, tumhara project khatm ho gaya abbnaya kaam nahi he)
