Joined as an Intern but now we're family. Maven Cluster is not just workplace but a family. The way they work is so professional that it's hard to find a loophole in it. Moreover the mentors are well qualified and are quite articulate at their jobs. It's being a part of it.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

The only thing I like is The team bonding of the employees in the company is really good.

Maven Cluster or Desklay Technologies They hire the candidates use them and then are fired. They just follow the “use and throw” formula with the candidate's career there is no job security and even no learning opportunities. there is no specific date to credit the salary. they are paying the salary after the 15th of the month.
