No job security they have laid off many employees in corona. There's bug in your code that will ask you so many questions why, how, what etc. Also salary will be deducted for each bug. To get salary hike you have to become favourite of your manager. New employee will not get much salary hike. There are couple of old employee they will always get good hike even twice a year.
