After joining HR will not help to figure out any issues if you have regarding salary, appraisal, last working day which are practical issues of an employee. No value for Knowledge & Hard work . appraisal you will get only when you are on peaknof frustration( mean you are like if they didn't give increment this time i will leave ). if you have problem HR be like: you have to direct talk with director or Owner of the company , I can't do anything....Read More
