I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst experience i had in my work life. It was my first job and i had so many expectations on this job and in return i had very bad experience. The work place is very toxic and those seniors and all are very toxic as they will treat us like we are their slave and management is really worst not even taking a single stand to making to employees needs.
