Training:Its a Product based company. No proper documentation for existing products which could help Freshers or new joiners to learn product domain faster. Salary: Salary for new joiners is on the basis of the position they are applying for. They have certain salary band for each position. you may be given low/mid/high depending you r current CTC. Appraisal:They are following a stack ranking for comparing performance of same position ed individuals in a team. Percentage of appraisal varies from max 15% to 0% , 0% for 4 rated individuals whrere 1 rating means exceeds expectations and 4 being partially met. Have seen lot of politics and favourism being done by managers.Overall I would say it's a good company for new joiners. In this company your position is everything in terms of your CTC....Read More
