I don't get support during my training so I left the job. I worked in North America. But it is not same in every region.everybody has different experience. You need to get good team.

It has very good work culture where everyone is supporting and motivates for growth. You feel safe and confidence when you work at Mastercard. Mastercard is very much concern about employees.

Only thing found till now is no on-site opportunity here.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
