Working with Mastercard on Contract basis was too worse. You get treated differently. You feel bias. Promotion or appraisal are not on skill or performance basis all done on favouritism. Worst work life balance Politics takes over everything else. Redundant managers exist only for sake of doing favour games. Low hikes. Worst culture, No of recognition for efforts at work.

Promotions are given after certain round pf interviews taken by random people. Appraisals were not up to the mark last year. And average appraisal, year before that.
