Everything about the company is good. You can walking to the CEO's chamber and have a one on one session that kinda transparency. People are good. Loads of on site opportunities, you just need to perform your best and they will get landed in your lap.

Dislikes

Appraisals were poor, but may be it was covid time, however for me this is the only thing I ever disliked in the organization

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
