Work life is balance as company provide WFH Some of the perks are very good

Dislikes

Worst thing is job security and bench policy is for 60 days Projects are minimal and your skill wont considered in the project,the decider are clients whether they want the canditate or not rather being the best. Old school low skillfull managers who plays lot of micro management.
