It's a very good company & management also, but the think is you guys gave wrong position to them who ever working on higher post, like operation manager, manage,vp, they are not capable for that post,they don't know how to talk with the junior, they don't have knowledge, they are torturing with staff, they doing mentally torture, all staff are leaving just because of them, they didn't care about staff, so plzz visit to the outlet what's going, why staffs are leaving you will get ans. It's was very bad experience for me, I am working under this company from last 04 years in farzi cafe Bangalore, V.p & managers don't know anything about the operation,they are not capable for there post, they took wrong position,they are torturing staff, there giving mentality presore,they didn't give value to the staff, I left today just because of them, if it's continue all will leave soon, just visit to restaurants why people are leaving from there you will get ans....Read More
