Masood is learning institute, lot of technical and experience people here. Masood work on very fast pace currently daily out put is 4 Lac garment par day.but other points like promotion career growth his timeline path they have but just documentation level. truly not implementation.

No i am not dislike to work in Masood. Masood is a good organization you have learn lot off but employees beneficiaries polices is not implement in true manner.

i am working as a Dy Manager DIv Head Quality control and i was start as Trainee Supervisor in quality Assurance Dept.My job is technical and challenging. more then 100 employees are directly reporting to me and indirectly more then three hundred.

generally I have to arrange all types of Imported & locally produced accessories. I have to do lot of negotiation with vendors forwarders & have to go for frequents visits of different countries in this regard.
