There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Need to work 12 hours daily but shift allownce not given to all the Associates equally..lot of partiality by the managers in some teams

Worst place i have worked for and i will never recommend anyone to ever work for mashreq, mangement doesnt care for employee and when they want to kick you out they will just directly tell you they are taking you out.
