There is nothing to like about they don't provide AC on Sundays and if you get sick by that the TL will mail against you and you will have to leave the work .

Team leader (Ranjit Das) behaviour was very rude. He does not know anything. Also when you need a off they did not granted that. Also there is salary deduction issue almost for every month.

Well, this is like any other chat and mail support services but the main thing is the pressure here is less from any other organisations. Also the leads and managers are super supportive.
