Team leader (Ranjit Das) behaviour was very rude. He does not know anything. Also when you need a off they did not granted that. Also there is salary deduction issue almost for every month.

It's quite good to work as you can enjoy your work but the salary and growth was the negative issue of that company. Management never tried to understand you in any means.

Well, this is like any other chat and mail support services but the main thing is the pressure here is less from any other organisations. Also the leads and managers are super supportive.

The main dislike is the leave policy.

Training is very clear. TL and HRs are very helpful.

Dislikes

Salary is not good. There is lack of communication in the internal team. They usually takes sessions for extra 3-4 hours.
