Working at MSFL is great , they have provided the employees with WFH which is very great in these times(COVID-19). Work-Life balance is great over here. One best thing is the team , the unity and team balance is very nice.Every team member supports each other at any point of time.

Salary/Appraisal over is very bad as such for me . Appraisal is done only if they think you are valuable to the company. I had a very bad experience regarding Appraisal/Bonus. They do not look after their employees especially freshers and less experience employees.
