Working at MSFL is great , they have provided the employees with WFH which is very great in these times(COVID-19). Work-Life balance is great over here. One best thing is the team , the unity and team balance is very nice.Every team member supports each other at any point of time.

Dislikes

...h for me . Appraisal is done only if they think you are valuable to the company. I had a very bad experience regarding Appraisal/Bonus. They do not look after their employees especially freshers and less experience employees.

Micromanagements, Lack of communication, favoritism, workload etc.............

Very Good company have job security, work culture depends on how you handle your team or seniors. But best for learning and improving your skills.

No overall is good.. But as usual pressure for work.. But it's common in financial jobs

Company and Management allow us to work from home during lockdown also provided virtual platform for exploring ideas, resolving query and discussion with department.good work environment & culture..

Dislikes

There is no appreciation from local management which I normally do for company in hard time.salary also not on satisfactory level or not matching which ever I deserve as per work profile comparing to other company or with in company on same position with less task other getting high salary.no such authority or power as per post and work profile.departments are taking suggestion and feedback but the same not implement.

Teamwork is excellent, job security is the most reliable , sky is the limit for career growth, offering opportunity for personal growth, salary n benefits were very attractive If I would be offered to rejoin I would be excited
