Back Office Executive (Centralized Dealing and Advisory Desk)

Job Purpose:

The company is looking for a back office executive for its central dealing desk in Jamjodhpur.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
• Experience: 2+ Years of corporate managerial experience SEBI/Exchanges/Broking/Stock Markets
• CTC: Based on candidates' experience and merits
• Location: Jamjodhpur

Responsibilities:

• Processing KYC forms EKYC, Web KYC, and Physical
• Assisting walk-in clients in their queries/requirements
• To provide client service and engagement at 360-degree levels.
• Cheque collection and deposit
• Short margin calling, naked debit client calling, etc.
• Trade confirmation

Skills:

• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving or Analysis skills.
• Should be Accurate and responsible.

• Careful and diligent, even meticulous, with a good dose of common sense
• Efficient, effective, and organized in both the physical and digital worlds.
