Work Culture, Growth path for employees, learning curve is very slow, HR policies are majorly dependent on your manager. No major role of HR for enforcement of policies, very less employee friendly policies and that too employees can't use because of Managers.

Nothing at all, Things are so terrible there that you don't even have a wter dispenser Or a place to sit while you have your coffee or tea I mean no pantry area nor a canteen

You don't have a parking space No timing flexibility No work culture No new learning Moreover no holidays for the entire year If holi happens to be on a weekday They will give you a off And then will ask you to come on weekends No long weekends at all And 10 hour long shifts And your job would depend on uour bossey desires All in all its a horrible place to work

I think there is no reason of dislike but as we know we are human that's why we judge so worker use their mobile phone at a time of work......I think it should be improved only by complement by supervisor only.... don't take it personally......if I made a mistake then sorry for that ... .

As an intern you can learn many things there in any field you want to do job and you can learn about different processes of different departments.

Many of the senior employees are diploma passout and they are at higher positions and do not take their work seriously and give them to their junior and they are looking for some interns.

Pseudo growth as in - your salary will grow but even after 15 years you'll be doing the same work. Pathetic work culture in sales- Promotion is not at all KRA driven but upon managers discretion Transfer policy totally unfriendly to all even high performing employees Bureaucratic nature of work with no power to an employee - you just communicate what seniors have told- and even share the blame of others. No work life balance . Very bad for growth as well. Forget your personal life. Very stagnant. Low pay you will literally get just 50 thousand in your account coming out of NIT & IIT and no it will not increase just maybe 10 k a year increase. Also expect coming on Sunday as well in the name of incentives. The alpha that you get is based on your leave attendance which means you can’t even take the mandatory leaves that the company has assigned. Also no switch can be made inter department. Ironically people from private colleges like Thapar get comfortable departments like supply chain and IIIT’s have to work as line incharge and you have no say in it. They will not change anything. In Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, we get multiple opportunities for upgrading our skills. Regular sessions, activities and events are planned. Responsibilities are given in such a way that we are able to work upon our weak areas and are able to learn new things.

Work life balance is not here. Usually I open my laptop at 7 AM to download reports & data, and my day ends at 7:30 - 8:00 PM. Month end is more hectic.
