Yes this company very helpful and growthful ex. One day my had medical emergency and i ask owner to please grant leave for 10 day and they did with some allownce i think this is good thinking about employers life.

It was been an honor to work in maruti suzuki being a part of msil enjoyed a lot. Got an opportunity to learn about vehicles category and loads of fun

Dislikes

Over load and burden of timing of 12hrs and even use to work on sundays while others spend quality time at home after lot of works. and hrs use to debit the salary amount with 500rs. incentives was given late it takes 3 months to receive incentives and were not given on time as they mention before joining.

They do hiring only from selected colleges, And there are many good colleges but students are not hired from there, they hire mostly people from Haryana state but only 20% are hired from other states.
