Safety is very important here, and insurance, travels, leaves and many other facilities are good,

Dislikes

They do hiring only from selected colleges, And there are many good colleges but students are not hired from there, they hire mostly people from Haryana state but only 20% are hired from other states.

I think there is no reason of dislike but as we know we are human that's why we judge so worker use their mobile phone at a time of work......I think it should be improved only by complement by supervisor only.... don't take it personally......if I made a mistake then sorry for that ... .

As an intern you can learn many things there in any field you want to do job and you can learn about different processes of different departments.

Dislikes

Many of the senior employees are diploma passout and they are at higher positions and do not take their work seriously and give them to their junior and they are looking for some interns.

There no use on working with maruti suzuki India because they won't notice who is working are not people who doesn't work they more benefit....any one interested to not work but they want best benifits they can join the Maruti Suzuki india limited

Pseudo growth as in - your salary will grow but even after 15 years you'll be doing the same work. Pathetic work culture in sales- Promotion is not at all KRA driven but upon managers discretion Transfer policy totally unfriendly to all even high performing employees Bureaucratic nature of work with no power to an employee - you just communicate what seniors have told- and even share the blame of others. No work life balance . Very bad for growth as well. Forget your personal life. Very stagnant. Low pay you will literally get just 50 thousand in your account coming out of NIT & IIT and no it will not increase just maybe 10 k a year increase. Also expect coming on Sunday as well in the name of incentives. The alpha that you get is based on your leave attendance which means you can’t even take the mandatory leaves that the company has assigned. Also no switch can be made inter department. Ironically people from private colleges like Thapar get comfortable departments like supply chain and IIIT’s have to work as line incharge and you have no say in it. They will not change anything. 1. Only 12 leaves in a year (1 Holi, 1 Diwali and other 10 (bi annual week shutdown) . For rest of the festivals if it comes on non Saturday/Sunday, then Saturday becomes working . 2. Long working hours (9hours 45 minutes) per day . 3. Very less flexibility . 4. When you become a little bit senior , you are not able to take leaves . 5.
