The most I liked in this company is the company culture but I also hate some things in my apprenticeship I don't have any connections within a year with my HR. If I have any type of problems I have to be concerned with my supervisor, but what If I have problem with my supervisor, when I finally decided to ho to HR team to complaint about work and behavioral, then suddenly some things came on my mind that If complaint about him he will decrease my feedback in last. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
