Lot of internal politics at middle level They do not provide any offer letter, I- card, experience certificate or salary slip. Manager of any department are made to work even on reception Worst infrastructure and work environment Limitless corruption. Resources are not at all maintained. Improper behaviour with female staff. I had to take a legal action against them to receive NOC. They even do not demand a resignation letter. Not a single document or proof that you are an employee of maruti Suzuki, Perfect auto services, Junagadh. I strongly recommend not to work there at any cost. I initially worked for 6 months in 2017, in customer care department then I left. Again, they appointed me as a manager in driving school department. Still, no improvement!
