Compensation Provided by the company is decent but growth is slow. sometimes I need to travel the whole night for reaching at dealership on time next day. I also need to handle some of those dealers who are not in my territory.

On time salary this is the only thing to like because maruti suzuki group handles the same and no salaries are delayed

No one is taking feedbacks and suggestions from the field team, Field sales team is only asked to follow orders from HO which is not fair. Forcefully things are being implemented on the clients.

Work life is working all week even on weekends and you cannot take time off for your personal well being, every time you have to be on calls just like call centre.
