Individual target is a big pain always. Too many people have started cannibalizing business. Teams understanding of basics and etiquettes is a big task. Responsibility for each and every action of the team. Team should be coming to office regularly, coming late, going early etc becomes a personal responsibility as a leader. Getting new business from team is not easy, there's too much competition in the market from likes of Gallagher, Aon, WTW, esp gallagher where lot of colleagues have moved with hefty packages and are reaching out to our loyal clients strongly with superior proposition.
