The company is very clear about its vision and has a team spirit aligned to it. It's great to work at such place that values every employee's contribution. Indeed, Marsh is a market leader in its industry.

Work is always hectic, you got to be occupied if you really want to learn while you work. Dealing with clients on daily basis, troubleshooting, vendor management, keeping of client portfolio, analyze.
