No job security your dedication and hard work will not be treated good by seniors poisonous work environment no proper procedure and process even in sick leaves and holidays need to work. If in case of emergency every one will do but here it is a different thing wich suck you.

In Bangalore branch No support within the team even though lot of work you do you will be fired off any time every day mental stress no work life balance i suggest not to join and choose other better opportunity to build your career
