Work life balance. Management cares about you when you are hospitalized. Salary on time. Appraisals are more than industry standard.

Dislikes

Micromanaging the team. No job security. Company doesn't even honor the notice period while kicking you out. Full and final is a dream. Management is horrible.

What I like the most about this company is the work environment and flexible style of working. Therefore, we enjoy coming to the office and also working in such surroundings. Communications with seniors is honest and open so anyone can reach out for queries without hesitation.

Sometimes few people make misuse of the free environment.

Work responsibilities are so meshed that even juniors engineers would direct interaction with client managers and gain hands on-exposure to latest tools, methodologies, SCRUM processes etc. I would assume overall tech skills will grow faster than other peers in the industry and become well-rounded professional. Recommended company!!

Both freshers and experienced can benefit by working here. While freshers will get good platform to kickstart their career, the experienced one can add to their experience and have a growth insight with the help of new cutting edge technology. I was fortunate enough to be sponsored for a new open source cutting edge technologies.

Performance based incentives are given, It's a competitive environment but if you perform well then the incentives are attractive. You will learned a lot here which helps you to grow professionally.

Got a chance to attend clients meetings, innovations and ideas are encouraged. Flat reporting structure is a key enabling feature. Good place to work. Genuinely recommended!!

Health insurance policy is in place. Company provides decent cash-less insurance coverage including the parents. It helped me a lot financially for my dad's covid treatment.
