Likes

First of all, Mars Developments is a closely knit family. My boss was good to me, listened to my problems. My fellow colleagues were very friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

Sometimes I had to work in a dishonest manner for the sake of company. In my later days, Office politics was also one of my dislikes.

Work Details

It was hectic work of a construction site. I was the site manager of my company's work in various project throughout India.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
