The amount of workload put on to the employees on daily basis for more than 12-13 hrs with merely 5-10 mins break taken can actually turn any person into an hardworking and an all rounder :)
Dislikes
There were lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues and they were biased. Salary paid was very less and it was not at all justified with the amount of work given. Food served in cafeteria was a risk to human health. The on job training was aswell not proper.

Goa Marriott Resort and Spa being an hospitality firm where we are trained on being humble, kind, understanding and soft spoken, implies only to the guest but treated the opposite way to employees.
