I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.

marque impex was the company of handicraft production. Since i was a fresher before getting to this job i had learnt many things there about the techniques which has been used to analysis the quality of the products regarding their dimensions and their performance. I had learn various tests (say: drop test, hanging test,tilt test,drop test,etc) which has been performed in marque impex.

Dislikes

In marque impex i learnt many things but the growth regarding my mechanical field was not so satisfying. The salary growth was also not appropriate.

My work was to prepare various documents regarding quality of the products (incoming report of raw material's quality, inline inspection of the products,CAPA of the products,floor visit,etc.)
