The learning environment & opportunities are too good. The top management (owners group) of the company is Best in entire moradabad handicraft cluster but the managerial level (senior employees) is very bad in fact we can say worst . They do not let the grow any potential candidate just because of threat feeling. They collapsed the growth chance for their juniors.
