This place is a living hell for professionals who want to grow in their careers. The office politics sucks, and they bad mouth about each and every person. The level is so low and ugly that you would want to puke. The culture and environment is pathetic and you will learn nothing out of it. If you will ever share any personal information, you will regret it. Your personal life is entertainment for them, and they make everything ugly. They don't hire people from different religions and castes, either. The minute you will see them talk about religion and politics, you will just going to regret why did you come here. The HR is the most pathetic person there, who knows nothing about her job. Everything is so messed up and ugly that you won't be able to work there. 1) The company has a culture of excessive surveillance, it makes you feel like you are in a prison. They track every minute of yours. 2) Almost all the senior management is religiously biased, they all talk nonsense. 3) One illiterate senior associate once forced me to wish him good morning. 4) Taking breaks was highly discouraged you had to work like a robot there. 5) Lot of office politics. 6) Used to talk shit about employees behind their back. They used very unprofessional language. 7) Almost all the seniors except one or two didn't knew a shit about market research or finance. Firstly when they are talking about any Corporate outing or trips, they do charge money from you, always. IT IS NOT SPONSORED BY COMPANY and you are forced to join them. Additionally, they don't allow you to enjoy with the people you are comfortable with (Your age group). It is mandatory to be with the Upper Management of the company and you have to laugh on their lame jokes. Coming to the work environment, we can't take breath in between 8 hours of working. And don't make joke or fun with anyone, only the 4-5 ill mannered people have the right to make jokes and talk BAD about each and every person behind their back. And you have to tell them about your personal reason for which you are applying for leave. Then they will decide, if it is important or not. And they ask for doctor prescription for just one day leave every time (MBBS DOCTORS'S PRESCRIPTION). And they also do not provide you any kind of salary slip, by saying its not mentioned in our company policy. THE UPPER MANAGEMENT judge you on the basis of your personal preferences and give you GYAN that what is right (Even if it is wrong) They think that we are defaming the company, or plotting against the company as if it is a state run and owned by them and we are trying to overthrow his govt., if we gave our opinion anywhere....Read More
