Marpu Foundation is a great workplace and a transformational platform. I loved the staff of Marpu Foundation due to its kind nature and passion towards achieving the goals of CSR. I liked their highly organised volunteer programs that create an inclusive ambience for the employees working there and ensure an impactful outcome for society.

1) Some projects face time management issues in execution. 2) Furthermore, I found the shortage of resources due to its non-profit feature that causes low funding.

The organisation gave the opportunities to help and be the support for the people. Their extraordinary skills of holding innovative projects throughout really set a benchmark.
