Marpu Foundation is among the top charitable organizations in India. They work to improve people's lives through environmental initiatives, youth empowerment programs, educational initiatives, and social problem advocacy. I got to take part in the organization's one-week internship program. Despite the short period, it was a wonderful experience. The Foundation focuses on development of the individual by providing great attention to sustainability. It makes sure that growth goes hand in hand with sustainability which is very rare in the current scenario.

1) This foundation offers so many hands-on project for volunteering with which the interns can opt to make a positive change towards society. 2) It allows the interns to have flexible working hours. 3) Working with this foundation gives you a sense of empowerment as it gives you a chance to be a part of something big just by taking small steps in each project.

Dislikes

This foundation is mostly for people who are interested in volunteering - so if someone is looking for highly paid internships this is not the place for them.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
