It's a great way to get a quick certification if you need one for any reason or just to add to your CV.

Dislikes

The deadline is quite unachievable. We have to recruit 30 people in the matter of around 3 days. The job profile was also of a crownfunding intern so it was really hard to find someone who was interested. Also, if you don't complete the deadline, then the people you've recruited also don't get anything which leaves you with a bunch of people on your back who blame you.

The thing that inpresses me is their commitment to working with local communities. They understand that conservation efforts are most effective when local communities are involved, and they work tirelessly to engage and empower people living in and around conservation areas.

Marpu Foundation is a great workplace and a transformational platform. I loved the staff of Marpu Foundation due to its kind nature and passion towards achieving the goals of CSR. I liked their highly organised volunteer programs that create an inclusive ambience for the employees working there and ensure an impactful outcome for society.

1) Some projects face time management issues in execution. 2) Furthermore, I found the shortage of resources due to its non-profit feature that causes low funding.
