While my time at Marpu Foundation was largely positive, I did find that there were occasional challenges with internal communication. Sometimes it felt like updates and information could have been more streamlined to ensure everyone was on the same page. However, this minor issue did not overshadow the fantastic work and collaborative spirit of the team.
