Lenskart is very bad organization nobody can live here without depression..here is so many types of depression, stress like maintain Balance score card,Net promoter score, Optometrist is not in Lenskart here's everyone is salesman. Optometrist has no respect, salesman has much more opportunities...

Duty time in and out 8hr . Late in company late out , like my shift time 6am morning, I punch 6:30am than my out time 3:00pm 30 mnt lunch included, 8hr completed then check out

What a joke nothing you will like it and in lenskart if you are a sales executive then you will be treated like stray dogs

Trust me I had worked for lenskart atleast 1.4 years at first it was going good but all of a sudden the company policy and people of lenskart is totally useless. If you are a sales executive then you have to forget your self respect you have to clean the mirror glasses, eyeglasses, sunglasses and even you have to clean floor. Guys you will be crying to working here. If you don't get the job then apply here but get ready to face so many problems and hurdles may be you will be sacked by doing some politics.
