Management is not good, they do not work on human values. Only output oriented company whether employee will die. No humanity during Covid. Not even in HR. Long working hours, simply because ED become old and don't have any family bonding so sitting long in company till 9 pm from morning 9 am. GM HR doesn't know what is HR. Total unethical practices going on. Traping the employees, emotionally blackmailing them, those who came from reference will get good CTC, full on biased. very poor work culture. Politics is there and ED and GM HR are the top players in politics. unnecessary interference by ED in all matters whether he know or doesn't know....Read More

Work life balance is terrible. Company culture is name sake only on books and for audits but very unprofessional. Internal politics and typical Indian unprofessional mentality management. No proper salary increment, no proper HR regulations followed.
